Deliscious!! To make these perfectly follow the directions EXACTLY!! After it is all mixed up CHILL IT!! Since butter always makes cookies crisp it is so important to chill before baking since a softer dough will spread out as it bakes. The dough needs about an hour or more until is very firm. We liked them so well that the second time I baked them I added about 2 Tablespoons of instant coffee! Mocha Biscotti Cookies!! Deliscious!!

These are very good, chewy cookies with a great hazelnut taste. If you want a more fluffy cookie, I would add about a 1/2 cup more flour.

Sorry, I'm very disappointed about this recipe. I love nutella and I was excited to try nutella biscotti. They came out flat and dry and nutella's richness and creaminess just wasn't there.

I absolutely LOVE Nutella and having it in a cookie is all the better! Instead of hazlenuts, I added white chocolate chips for the ultimate double chocolate cookie. I will definately make these again! Thanks Giada!

I made these cookies some time ago and was not that thrilled with them, possibly because of the texture. At the time I would have rated it about a 3 star. After all, it had Nutella in it - you can't go wrong with that. I threw most of them in the freezer, and several months later crushed them for use as a base for a cheesecake made with - NUTELLA. It was probably the most phenomenal cake AND crust I've ever made. Nutella and cream cheese - a match made in heaven...

I didn't know what to expect in making this cookie - because the word biscotti means "twice baked". This was easier and was outstanding. I made these for friends and could not keep them on the plate. I will make them over and over again.

I wanted to try this cookie ever since I saw the show. So, I finally did and I am in Heaven, I absolutely love this cookie! I used 1 cup of chopped hazelnuts because for me 3/4 would not have been enough. I also added some good quality semi-sweet chocolate chips as others mentioned and it made the cookie taste wonderful. Next time I may try it with just the nuts as the recipe calls for. I like crispy cookies so what I did was I pressed them down so they would get flat. But, I left a few the way they are suppose to be baked and they did not get flat as a pancake. For those who have baked these and they did get flat you are doing something wrong. They are extremely easy to make, the batter is soft but just place in the fridge for a few minutes and you will be fine! Another TERRIFIC recipe by Giada, thanks :o

loved them. I love the lighter flavor that isn't so sweet that you can only eat one. They are fantastic cookies for making ice cream sandwiches. FYI, first time I made them I messed up the hazelnuts and ended up using them roasted, but with the skins still firmly attached. They still tasted great!

I took some suggestions and added mini chocolate chips to give more chocolate flavor. I also chilled the dough to prevent the cookies from spreading out too thin. Overall, good hazelnut flavor and chocolate combination.
