These are delicious, the texture is light and delicate. Not too sweet, just right. I'll be making these again.

One of the most delicious cookies!! I truly don't understand the bad reviews. People who can't bake should not writer reviews and please don't right a review if you alter the recipe. I made these exactly as the recipe stated and was very happy with the results. Will make these again and again!!

Yuck. This recipe was quick & easy and I had such high hopes that the Nutella would ensure a tasty treat but they were just blah tasting with a strange sandy texture. I followed the recipe exactly (well, except for adding chocolate chips, baked for 11 minutes & had no trouble with flat cookies -- they looked great, just didn't taste great. I will not make these again.

They are awesome! Soft and moist inside. Before I made them, I read the other reviews, and based on that I used 1 cup of Nutella and stirred in 1/3 cup of mini chocolate chips at the very end. Another thing I did differently is I added the Nutella to the butter/sugar/vanilla after it was creamed together and then added the flour last.

I have just made these cookies and they are delicious! Based on the previous reviews, I've made some adjustments/addition such as using almost 1 cup of nutella hazelnut spread, adding 1/2 cup of chopped hazelnut and 1/3 cup of mini semi-sweet chocolate chips. Lastly, I've refrigerated the cookie balls for about 10 minutes before baking so the final product is not totally flat and very yummy! Merry Christmas Everyone!

Quick and easy to make - however, the taste was a little disapointing.

These cookies are absolutely delicious and so easy to make!! I agree with past reviews regarding the somewhat confusing recipe. Definitely only use 1/4 of the powdered sugar IN the dough. The remaining 1 cup of powdered sugar is for rolling the cookies in after you bake. The cookies come out fluffy, light, and oh so delicious! One thing to note, the recipe says it yields 38-40 cookies. Maybe I have a bigger cookie scoop than normal, but the recipe did not yield 38-40 cookies. I got closer to 24 cookies out of this. You must try this recipe. You'll be happy you did! Thanks Giada!

They turned out okay...not as great as I thought that they sounded. I believe I did misread the recipe and I also used all of the powdered sugar in the dough. They turned out flat, not the beautiful round shape in the picture. I was just happy that it was only a test batch. I will bake them again before I use them in Christmas gifts.
