    Great texture. Very easy to make. I used a little more (about 3/4 cup Nutella than what's called for. Turned out great.

    This is an AWESOME recipe! wow is all i can say. i would not use any other chocolate other than the NUTELLA. it called for 1/2 cup but i used 3/4 cup, you can probably use a whole cup depending on you chocolate freaks out there..lol. the smooth texture and flavor were amazing. it makes enough for two batches. i have a 1quart ice cream maker and i spilt the batches into 2, so i had about 15 or 16oz of liquid in each. ive been tryin to perfect my ice cream skills and it turns out the smaller the batch, you get a much better textured ice cream.

    ok for starters this was an amazing amazing recipe everyone loved it my fiance gave me a big kiss and said baby your amazing how did you make this!! i don't own an ice cream maker though and when i saw the show all i could think about was this gelato. i decided to wing it and do it the old fashion way i just stuck the bowl in the freezer and took it out every hour and gave it a good mix. so for those of you who dont have an ice cream maker try it out anyway takes alot longer about 6-8 hours to freeze but this is soooooo worth the wait...it was a great treat for easter dessert thanks so much giada!! amazinggggg

    Followed recipe exactly. My family couldn't get enough. If you like your gelato a little firmer you will want to leave in the freezer a couple hours after you remove from ice cream maker. Thank you so much for another great recipe Giada!!!!

    The ice cream was super creamy, chocolate-y and DELICIOUS. Every time it disappears from my freezer (which is quite frequently I re-make it because my friends and family looove it so much (and of course me too!!
