Just tried these tonight-- very good treat! I did not take the time to do the mint leaves and still found these delicious, yet easy! I will say I found the wonton to be a bit chewy, maybe this is because I only fried them a few seconds b/c they darkened quickly and I didnt want them to burn. Maybe my oil was too hot? Oh well, either way they were great!

My mom and I made this and it was so yummy! Be careful that your ravioli is well sealed and you don't cook it too long. It can get pretty messy in the nutella leaks out into the oil! Also they are MUCH better fresh than reheated.

These are so addictive!! They actually are so light and airy even with the deep frying. They took only minutes!!

These were fantastic! I served two with a small scoop of vanilla ice cream and topped with a cherry of course! My family raved for days about them. I fried in a small fry cooker and let brown a bit longer than 45 sec. for an extra crispy outside!

    Will definately make again!!!

I made this for a jewlery party and had to make more. They were gone in no time and all the women loved them! There's nothing like fried chocolate! Definately a keeper!

    Dear Giada,

I so enjoyed watching you and your mother prepare this simple yet elegant dessert that I decided to try it tonight for dessert. It was a smashing success! How clever, simple, pretty and delicious. My husband loves these chocolate giozas! I'm half Japanese and we use these skins to make meat appetizers. Thank you for sharing. Your Mom is beautiful!
