My 10 year old daughter and I made these this morning and we had a great time! I spread the egg and fried while my daughter filled and powder sugared them. Each one came out perfectly and tasted as good as they looked! We will definitely be making these again...thank-you!

This was so good...I've said it before and I will say it again...leave it to Giada to combine sweets/chocolate with pasta (YUMMY!. I have concluded that Giada is a certifiable CHOCOHOLIC!!! And it was so fun to watch her interact with her mother on this show! Kudos, girl!

I love to make these and think they are wonderful as is....but wanted to bring them to an event where no nuts at all are allowed. Has anyone used a dollop of hot fudge instead ? Seems like it would work....has the thick non-liquidy texture.

This dish was a pleasant surprise and so easy. The wrappers and Nutella can always be on hand, so it is a great dessert if you are in a pinch. It's very important to make sure that the wrappers are very well sealed. I didn't use the candied mint leaves and didn't find it necessary except for a pretty garnish.

I just recently learned about the amazing functions of a won ton. Appetizers, AND desserts? No way! This was SO easy and looked (and tasted so rich and delectable. I honestly barely believed that they had come out of my kitchen! I would TOTALLY recommend the extras she suggests-- as in sugaring the mint leaf (totally adds to presentation and FLAVOR as well as lightly dusting powdered sugar! I added a scoop of ice cream to everyone's dessert and it looked and tasted like it was meant to be!

These are really good and require no effort at all! I'm not too fond of frying, so I brushed them with some olive oil and baked them in the oven on 350 for a few minutes. They do not take long at all this way. Still turned out great!
