    Hi Lori,

    I too am allergic to nuts and find it very frustrating since I never know what to substitute. I just thought that if you look at Giada's recipe for Mascarpone and Dark Chocolate Cream in White Chocolate Cups from this same episode, try just using the Mascarpone cheese and the melted chocolate, orange peel and vanilla and substituting that. That is what I am going to try out. If you wish to cut down on the amount of Mascarpone and melted chocolate, just use half the amount.

    After watching the show, I had to try this recipe. Just preping these for a impromptu get together after dinner tonight. My daughter helped. Never having tried Nutella we sampled a couple after the were fried.

    Wonderful! Delicious!

    I do not like Ravioli or any other type of Pasta, but watching Giada De Laurentiis make this i drooled over it(i am now from reading this! I have been trying to get all the ingredients for over a week, because her making it and talking about how rich it will be is such a teaser!!!

    These were so quick and easy. Make sure the edges are sealed cause when the chocolate leaks it makes a huge mess.
