Great texture, but like other readers what I love most about Nutella is the rich hazelnut flavor and it did not really come through enough for my taste in this recipe. So for those of you looking for more of that hazelnut taste try adding 1/2 cup of roasted and ground hazelnuts along with a teaspoon of Frangelico (Hazelnut Liquor. Skip the orange sprinkles and add one hazelnut in the cookie center instead of the kiss. Definitely 6 minutes, not 8, to cook and for sticking issues, line your cookie sheet with parchment paper. Perfect!

I just made these cookies and they are deeeeeeeeelicioso! Although I made a few adjusments according to the flavor I enjoy. I added dark and milk chocolate chips into the batter instead of just topping them on top. I also added some toasted crushed hazelnuts for a little more crunch! mmm..and lastly, I rolled them around in sweetened cocnut instead of the orange sugar only because I couldn't find that sugar in my grocer. After reading some reviews I noticed some people had a hard time tasting the hazelnut spread so I added about 2 heaping tablespoons as well. Also you really have to make sure you decrease the baking time to atleast 6 minutes at the most! Over all, if your a chocolatey hazulnutty fan, these are the perfect cookies for you!

I made these for a potluck and they are so-so, they were easy to mix, however, getting them off the pan was not. And 8 minutes is way to long and 3 minutes, well my kisses melted. I cut the time down to 5 minutes and 1 minute. They tasted, o.k., I wont make them again.

this recipe was SO EASY to make and taste great when they're just out of the oven...

the flavor is not too chocolaty with the perfect amount of hazelnut...

I didn't use the orange sugar/sprinkles to save on the sugar content...

    SUPER YUMMY...!

I saw when this episode first aired last year I believe then we had a potluck at work and a friend of mine made these cookies (which I didn't know these were the same ones at the time and I just absolutely fell in love with the cookie! I think I must have eaten about 5 cookies (how embarrasing...huh? I asked my friend for the recipe and she said, "Sure NO PROBLEM I'll print it out from the website when I get back to my office. I asked her what website then she told me that she had seen these cookies on the show. I just couldn't believe how good they were, and I DON'T CARE FOR HAZELNUT! IN LOVE WITH A COOKIE IN CALIFORNIA...MELISSA

You have GOT to make these cookies! They are perfect...
I ditched the orange sugar and just used regular sugar... and make them all year round!

These are great! Instead of placing a kiss on top, I dipped the top of each ball in mini chips before baking. They came out perfectly "sprinkled" with mini chips and still get that chocolate kick! I'm going to try chopped hazelnuts/mini chip combo next time I make them.
