    I haven't tried the recipe, but I think it is highly misleading to post a rating of one star because you are having problems with the site. You should have sent foodnetwork.com an e-mail instead. People are going to think you've tried the recipe and hated it when you don't actually know anything about it.

    Really good cupcakes. Skipped the candied orange zest and chocolate chips in the cupcakes - did add orange zest to the batter. Served at NY's party - everyone loved.

    I made these for a Halloween block party. It is very quick to make. Does Giada have kids? The frosting was so sweet I had to tone it done a bit w/a bit of cream cheese and the cake part was pretty rich as well. I used zest of an orange but did not get as much of the orange flavor that I was hoping for in the cake or frosting.

    I loved the chocolate chips and the orange juice in place of water. I didn't care for the candied oranges, though. Will use orange peel next time (thanks for the suggestion. The frosting (for kids was awesome and they looked so beautiful! This is definitely a keeper!!

    this was a fantastic and easy recipe; the limoncello makes it so much better. it's too bad that others who can't be patient for technology had to ruin the recipe rating.

    We really enjoyed making these and eating them. Substituting Orange Juice for the water really enhances the flavor of the cupcakes. I didn't have candied orange peel ready at the time we made the cupcakes so I substituted the zest of 1 orange. It was delicious. We also made the frosting orange for Halloween and decorated them for the holiday. I highly recommend this recipie. They are the best cupcakes I have ever tasted.

    This is not the place to complain about web problems. I go here to see ratings for this recipe. It is on there and available now. You guys really messed her recipe rating up with your complaints about web problems. Too bad!
