    I'm not a huge choclate fan but wanted to try this one because it had ricotta cheese in it. It was delicious and very addicting!

    Another winner from Giada! This pie is delicious though a bit labor intense. I had to make a few substitutions, like cottage cheese & mascarpone in place of the ricotta, but the taste was still terrific. I also added a pinch of salt and a small amount of instant espresso powder to the chocolate/cheese mixture to enhance the flavor of the chocolate. Can't wait to make this one again.
