I saw this on TV today and decided to try it...it was so yummy! The hazelnut process took a little time to remove the skins, but I thought it was well worth it. I'm not usually a big fan of hazelnuts, but it worked in this recipe. I definitely plan to make this again!

Very yummy! It wasn't overly sweet and the smooth cheesecake filling was fanatastic!
