    I was nervous bout making creeps but they turned out to be easy. They tend to fall apart easily of you pour the batter with foam in it. I'd suggest letting the batter settle a bit after a spin in the blender so that the bubbles die down then the creeps are easy to flip and don't rip. oh, and of course it tasted AWESOME!!! Also, I added slices of strawberries. The texture and flavor was a great addition.

    Oh, wow!! Made these for my daughters 13th birthday. Once I sort of got the crepe making down it was good. They are very delicate and rip very easily. They may not have been pretty but they were fabulous tasting!!!

    Very good! I found that don't care much for the thickness of the strawberry jam/mascarpone filling, and instead, I fill mine with whipped cream, chocolate-hazelnut spread, and slices of banana. It makes for a lighter viscosity that is more to my liking.

    Giada!!!! OMG!!!! This is the most delicious chocolate treat I have EVER had in my 40 yrs of age!!! Chocolate cake has to definitely take a far back seat to this one!! TRULY AWESOME!!! Best idea to cool the crepes before adding the filling, perfect ingredients and my first time making crepes, im soo proud :- and my oldest son loved it too!! Thanks Giada

    This tastes great! I had tried Giada's earlier crepe recipe, this is a great variation too. The only thing I would change is to wait for the crepes to cool a little so it doesn't melt the mascarpone jam. Also, I used a bit less sugar as it is already sweet enough. Great recipe!
