Our new favorite for Thanksgiving. So easy and tastes so good. Had to roast our own chestnuts as we couldn't find any in a jar, but it was well worth it.

Fantastic recipe...everyone at dinner loved it! There wasn't but one serving remaining for leftovers!

I made this stuffing for thanksgiving and everyone loved it. I left out the chestnuts because they weren't available at my local grocery store. I read reviews about the stuffing being a bit dry so instead of cooking it a dish I stuffed my turkey with it. The stuffing came out awsome, nice and moist!

The suttle nutty flavor of the chestnuts compliments the saltiness of the pancetta(yummm!! Although Ciabatta keeps its shape well I used other types and it turned out just as good! Great and Easy!!

Hi, I'm going to try this recipe for Thanksgiving but I did not see the show. Did Giada mention what to do for stuffing a turkey with this recipe? Should I double the recipe to stuff a 20lb turkey? Thanks!

We omitted the chestnuts due to allergies.
My teenage sons RAVED over the flavors!
I have recommended this recipe to some very "foodie" friends who also loved it!

I made this stuffing as a practice dish to be sure that it would be good for Thanksgiving and it was fantastic. I have never had such a tasty bread stuffing to pair with turket. The flavors all work well together and I will be making it again and again!

This recipe is amazingly delicious. Last year all my dinner guests could not get enough of this stuffing. This year my brother-in-law specially requested I make it again. Thank you for providing me with such a wonderful recipe and starting a new tradition in my family.

I know it has a lot of ingredients and steps but this has become our Thanksgiving stuffing for 2 years now. This is so much better than homemade and grandma's recipes.
