    Giada,

    I love this recipe! My husband was leary at first but once I made it he asks for it each year. My family has also enjoyed the recipe. It is easy to make just lots of ingredients. Totally worth it!

    I was ill during the holidays and unable to try this recipe. I finally tried it last night and it is great. I wasn't able to find chestnuts so I added pine nuts and they worked fine. My prep time was much longer than 20 minutes. I will do this again.

    Made this for Thanksgiving AND Christmas. The flavor is incredible and the recipe is super easy!

    (Note: At Christmas - in Salem, OR - I couldn't find pancetta at ANY store so I tried substituting slab bacon instead. It didn't go terribly well. My advice would be to use pancetta or not make the recipe at all!

    This wasn't one of my favorite dishes that Giada made, but it was still one of my family's favorite. It was a little drier than I would have liked, and instead of pancetta (the store ran out I used spicy turkey sausage, and my family LOVED it.

    My mom thought I was crazy for trying to make my own stuffing for Thanksgiving. Everyone looked at it like it was an alien or something because it didn't look like the bowl of mushy stuff they were used to. Then they tried it and everyone absolutely loved it. I will now be making this every Thanksgiving from now on! It was really easy too.
