This is basically her Ciabatta Stuffing recipe but with mushrooms as well. And it's delicious!
I omitted the pancetta for a veggie stuffing and decided to go without the chestnuts...
Thanks for another great recipe Giada!... Her pork roast with pancetta is marinating in the fridge to pair with her stuffing tomorrow :0

This is easy and tasty. I think my personal preference is to decrease the amount of rosemary since it overwhelmed the dish (for me. I love chestnuts but feel they got lost in the dish and did not add much to it other than when you singled one out and ate it. The large jar I purchased cost $15.00 so not sure I would add them again.

I have done this recipe the last few Thanksgivings instead of the traditional cornbread style. It easily became our new favorite. I did add fresh sage and thyme along with the rosemary to put my twist on it and we loved it!

I am use to traditional stuffing and was a little nervous to try this, but was so glad I did. My entire family loved it. It will become our traditional stuffing now!

I made this recipe for Christmas and was blown away by how good it was. Will definitely be on the table the next holiday... if not before.

I made this recipe for the first time for Christmas and everyone absolutely loved it. We had to leave the onions out due to an allergy but it tasted really wonderful.
