This is the easiest fudge I've ever seen made, or made myself and oh so good. Definitely give this one a try. Next time, I think I'll leave the cinnamon out, just not a big fan, and I might put the salt IN the fudge instead of on top. Thanks for the ideas for Rocky Road fudge - yum!

I've never made fudge before and made this for Superbowl. It came out perfectly and was delicious! I'll be making it again.

I work at Breyers IceCream and my boss makes great fudge. I have never made fudge before . I made this fudge and it was out of this world. I gave for valentines day. My birthday was feb.12. My family and friends loved it. It was so easy. I love her anyway. My daughter Shelbey is 4 and she loves the food channel. She will be 4 March8. I was going to make the fudge for her princess part. May God bless all.

I haven't been a fan a fudge in the past, but saw Giada make this recipe and had to try it. It was absolutely fantastic. Definitely use the bittersweet chocolate and the kosher salt. I found the chocolate at Costco since my regular grocery store did not have the bittersweet. I might have to try it with a little chili added next time. DELICIOUS!!

Oh, this is a very good recipe and I usually don't like cinnamon with my chocolate, but this...this is good! The first time around I followed this recipe to a tee. The second time around, I really indulged and added mimi marshmallows to the sweetened condensed milk and melted them all the way, then I added everything else as called for. OMG...it was so good. (I like regular rocky road fudge, but I like my marshmallows melted within my chocolate insted of leaving them whole.

This recipe was the most easiest and scrumptious recipe for a sweet treat like fudge. It cost a total of $8 and it was actually less because I had to buy the kosher salt. It is creamy, chocolatey and rich! It was so easy to make and only one bowl and the spatula needed to be washed. It set in two hours and came out easily with the paper and butter. I added walnuts too. I will definitely try with different varieties of chips, like butterscotch, white chocolate and peanut butter. Delish!!!

I can't stop eating these. My husband thought the salt was odd, but I really like salty and sweet combinations. Will be making this over and over again. Thanks Giada.
