This was definitely the easiest fudge recipe I have ever tried. I am watching my salt intake so I left it out, and the only sweetened condensed milk I had on hand was low fat...but trust me, it turned out creamy and delicious. I threw in some chopped pecans for added crunch, and I will absolutely be making it again. My husband and I are dark chocoholics, and the bittersweet chips kept the fudge from being too sweet. Thanks for a winning recipe Giada!!!

quick and easy and, of course, best tasting. i usually don't like fudge because something about the texture bothers me, but this was awesome. the salt was a perfect addition. i even used semi sweet chips, because it was all i had. thinking of adding cayenne powder and using the bittersweet next time i make it, which will be very soon!

A great combination of flavors. The melting process took me closer to 12 minutes, maybe I was too light on the simmer; but the fudge turned out great. Sandra Lee's espresso toffee fudge next!

Not only was this fudge easy to make, it is honestly the most amazing fudge I've ever had. I was quite pleased with myself : The texture of it is so creamy and smooth. I used the bittersweet Giradelli that the recipe called for, and worried that it would be a bit too bitter for my taste, but it was absolutely perfect. Try it!!

Wonderfully easy to make, easy to get out of the pan and easy to cut too. The salt addition really brought out the chocolate taste. I only used 1/2 of the cinnamon--not a big fan, and it was decadent and creamy. Super recipe!

Ok I don't cook and this was the easiest thing to make! Everything in one bowl. Very yummy but very rich. Liked the salt on top to help balance such sweetness.

I have never made fudge before. This was so simple and so good and the salt really added an extra something.

I thought this was going to be difficult, but is was very easy. It is really yummy. The next batch I am thinking of using dark chocolate.
