This is my go-to fudge recipe. I used Ghiradelli dark chocolate as recommended. The salt on top is definitely a nice tough. It provides a nice contrast to the sweetness of the chocolate. LOVE IT!

My first time making fudge ...husband's request for the holidays. I omitted the cinnamon. I thought it was great ...Husband said it was a little too creamy. But we both thought it tasted great and it was so easy to make.

This is my go to recipe for fudge, so easy and so delicious! This year I also added 1/4 tsp of cayenne pepper to give it a little spicy kick at the end. A fun twist and tasty!

This is the easiest fudge on earth and so melt in your mouth good...left out the cinnamon for one group and kept the original for the rest...don't have worry about making room in the fridge for storage since it never lasts.

Nice and easy to make. Cinnamon flavor is subtle but enough. I used bittersweet chocolate but next time want to try semi-sweet.

So good and super easy! I added a little more cinnamon than the recipe called for, because I love it so much! I also sprinkled the top with coarse sea salt, as suggested, and I think that totally made it! I think next time I will use bittersweet chocolate like the recipe calls for instead of semisweet.

This was the easiest fudge recipe I have ever made! Following the recipe to the tee produced creamy and delectable fudge that was gone within minutes of setting it out. Rave reviews from children and adults alike means that this is a keeper and will become a go-to recipe for treats and gifts, as well. The cinnamon adds just that little extra to make it on the level with expensive gourmet fudge.

This one is a HIT!!! I made this for a party over the weekend and everyone went nuts over it. I left out the cinnamon because I knew my family wouldn't like it but otherwise it was delicious!

Super easy and delicious. My family is a huge fan of dark chocolate so I changed the flavor of chocolate : 4 oz 60% and unsweetened cacao chips for the rest of the portion of chocolate. Still it has enough sweetness from condensed milk and adds hint of pleasant bitterness.
