This fudge is delicious! I'm not a huge fan of cinnamon, but it definitely warms this fudge recipe. This was also a great (and easy recipe for my 1.5 year old to help with.

Incredibly good. I left the salt off though because I don't like sweet and salty mix. I think it would be even better with nuts though.

I followed the recipe exactly and it turned out great! I love the 60% Ghiradelli in combination with cinnamon and sea salt :D The cinnamon gives a twist to the same old rich fudge while the salt balances the sweetness. It's a true gourmet chocolate from home! Thanks, Giada!

Tried this recipe and was extremely disappointed. It NEVER set. Will try again with my own adjustments.

This is a nice recipe but for chocolate Truffles, disguising themselves as "Fudge," using condensed milk in place of heavy cream. Do not use a majority of milk chocolate chips if you choose to use milk chocolate, the result will be way too sweet and cloying. Bittersweet chocolate will be the most refined. The condensed milk adds plenty of sweetness and milkiness. Also try not using the butter. It has a tendency to just leach out of the chocolate as it sets/cools and will become an unattractive, marbled layer of separated fat, and will make your creation look quite amateurish. Again, there is enough creaminess from the condensed milk. Roll as balls into powdered sugar or good cocoa powder and serve them on a fabulous plate. And quit pretending you actually made real fudge, which indeed requires the use of a candy thermometer to be well made.
