When you hear fudge, you think of a thick, dense texture but this recipe is so light and fluffy it is amazing. I added more cinnamon than the recipe called for and it really added more depth of flavor (but I am a huge fan of cinnamon so I might be biased on that one!. I have made many of Giada's desserts but this one is truly exceptional. It is super easy to make, and super easy to just eat the whole batch all by yourself!

I make this anytime I need to take a dessert to a potluck and everyone loves it! I add walnuts and use all Ghiradelli Dark Chocolate Chips. Unbelievable.

i can't believe how good this is!! i watched the show way back for super bowl and my sister-in-law made it. i was scared to try it because the cinamon and salt combination just sounded weird to me. but it is sensational!! i just made it today with semi-sweet and i definitely prefer it with the darker bittersweet chocolate. i feel like the chocolate flavor is more pronounced when using bittersweet. but seriously follow the recipe! cinamon, salt and all! it's like a chocolate party in your mouth.

This is the best fudge recipe. I usually make it in the microwave in a glass bowl which makes it even easier. The fudge is silky and has a wonderful mouth feel.

I had this fudge at book club the other night and had 5 pieces! It's delicious!! I haven't made it yet but it doesn't look too difficult. Thanks for another wonderful recipe Giada!

This is a fantastic recipe! Easy to make and everyone loves it. I am considering adding chili powder to it next time. I think it would be excellent as a spicy chocolate recipe.

I had never made fudge before, so I was a little nervous to make it for the first time. The recipe is sooo good!!!! The combination of cinnamon and chocolate is wonderful. I used semi-sweet chocolate chips because that's what I had, but I will have to try it with the bittersweet chocolate!!! Such a quick, easy recipe.

I made it without the cinnamon because i'm not a fan of both together and it was so rich and chocolately. It tastes like real fudge without all the hassle of the thermometer and sugar. =
