    I put sauted chicken, garlic, onion and bacon and then followed the recipe. It was delicous!

    Six eggs! Gross! No one ate this! BLECHH!! I liked the hint of cinnamon but the texture was "disgusting"! (as my 9 year old daughter says.

    Try it you'll like it. It's a little heavy not exactly a dish you want to eat every week, but it excellent for a treat or special occasion. It's pretty easy to make too!

    I thought the idea of cinnamon and bacon sounded quite appealing, and since this was a fairly simple recipe, I decided to give a try. Not only is it INCREDIBLY easy, but it's beyond delicious, too. The sauce is rich and creamy, it coats the pasta beautifully without being too heavy. The pancetta and bacon add a nice flavour as well as texture, and the cinnamon just makes their flavour pop. If I could marry this dish, I would.

    We made this recipe last night - my husband is a huge Carbonara fan. He loved it! I especially like the cinnamon kick to it - I also added some peas - it was so good. Thanks again Giada for a great recipe.

    I saw the episode with this recipe and thought it looked very good, and easy. I looked up the recipe, printed it, and made it this weekend. It was fabulous! My family loved it! The little hint of cinnamon really gives it something. Thanks so much for this tasty dish!! I'll be making it for years!!
