    I seen this on TV today and I wanted to try it. I didnt use fennel but added red pot. instead. It was so GOOD. Great flavor. Only thing was a little to much oil, I will cut that back in future.My family loved this served with thick bread. YUM

    I a big fan of Giada and will always be. Unfortunately, I followed recipe to the 'T' and the meat was unbelivably DRY. My family would not eat it nor allow me use the meat for sandwiches.
    Sorry Giada, this was not a winner.

    This was the best pot roast I have ever made. The blended sauce is unbelievably flavorful and delicious with bread or pasta.
