    Great couscous salad, light and fresh; loved the mandarines in it. I made this recipe as a side dish and did not put it in pastry cups.

    The flavors are not developed. I am a Giada fan and usually enjoy a good percentage of her dishes with minor modifications on my part. The couscous mixture needs to be developed to have more complex flavor. Perhaps some green onion, garlic...it just doesn't work.

    These are cute but the couscous mixture tasted slightly bitter. They fall apart when you bit into them, so a bit messy to eat. Probably won't make them again.

    This will make a gread addition to my list of go to poppers for parties. The flavors were very well balanced and will not overwhelm the taste buds for other things being served and was easy to eat. I made it even easier by buying phyllo pastry cups.

    I made these according to the recipe and the on air presentation, except I didn't have mandarin oranges, so I used fresh. The flavor just isn't there, and it's really quite bland. Even made them the night before thinking the flavors would blend even more. The cups are great and super easy to make, but this filling just doesnt cut it for me.

    I made a trial run of these to see if I should make them for a party this weekend. I thought they would be messy to eat. They aren't at all and are really very good. Next time I make them I'm going to add some garlic to the broth as well as sea salt. The cumin is a little overpowering but with the garlic and salt I think it would be great. I am going to top with some orange zest to give it a little color.
