Overall this recipe was good but it definatley required additional sauce. All of the bechamel sauce seemed to soak into the pasta and you couldn't really taste it. Luckily I had the leftover marinera to top it with because all my guests requested more sauce. I only used one package of spinach which seemed to be the right amount.

I don't agree with other reviews who said it's the worst tomato sauce. Just add your own personality to it.I added 1/2 cup of Merlot and two tablespoons of butter. That's all it really needed. With any bechamel sauce, you need to take your time or it turns out either lumpy or runny. This lasagna looks as classic Italian as it tastes.

My husband liked it but to me is turned out to be a little dry. I don't think I will make it again. I am going back to my own recipe.

This is by far one of the best. My oven even broke down and half cooked it and it was still the best!!!! I'll be making this a lot. Thanks Giada

I loved this lasagna, it was a little time consuming to make but the end result was well worth the effort and time.

My family loved this lasagna. The extra tomato sauce I now have in the freezer will save time on the next batch.

This was a little more difficult (or time consuming than I thought it was going to be. It turned out delicate and delicious. Not your average lasagna. Superb, Giada.
