This dish had a very unique flavor. Since there is just my husband and i, used two pork steaks and grilled them instead of baked. I halved the seasoning ingredients for the pork since only making for two. For the sauce i still made the whole recipe, should have halved it too! Oh well, its so good i will make up some rice just to eat the rest of the sauce since it was so delicious. I like a little spice to i did add a dash of cayenne that gave the sauce i nice little bit. I service the sauce and pork over orzo. I will definitely make this for company!

I was very surprised how good this recipe was. I made the Wedge Salad with Raspberry-Chocolate Vinaigrette to go with it. It made a wonderful pairing. This menu would be wonderful to fix for a romantic dinner. Serve with a vegetable or a simple potato side dish, like steak fries. I will definitely make this again.

My husband and I loved this! He said it was excellent, he never used that word unless he means it.

I made this for a dinner party and the pork rub was great. Pork was tender and juicy. I did have to adjust the sauce a bit. I added more balsamic and some red pepper flakes and it was great. Taste was similar to a mole. will make this again.

I must of made a mistake in measuring the salt as well...the salt was a little over-powering. I will definitely try to make this recipe again because the recipe was really easy to put together and the pork was very tender.

I watched the show and thought that this was a "must try" simply because I could not imagine the taste of a chocolate rub or sauce...for that matter..neither could my husband who loves Giada's recipes! I made this last night and it was amazing! The pork was done to perfection and the sauce was delicious. We both love a a little heat, so the only thing I did differently was add some red pepper flakes to the sauce. Will definitely make again and again. Thanks.

Our whole family enjoyed this! I added a pinch of cayenne to the rub and a little extra balsamic to the sauce.

This dish was really good! I made everything exactly as recipe says the only thing i did to the sauce is add about 1 tbls of sugar and 1 tbls of brown sugar so came out perfect. The meat was very tender and yes i would diffently make this again. I have made a lot of Giada's dishes and everyone always comes out perfect.

I made this last night as an early Valentine's Dinner. It was excellent and so yummy. I was concerned that it would be too overpowering with the taste of chocolate and it was not. My husband said "this is a keeper".
