An absolute winner. The blend of flavors with the lime vinaigrette just brings everything together. One of the most refreshing salads I have ever tasted. A definite keeper.

Refreshing, different, and a great BBQ side dish. I leave out the cumin for a lighter flavor all around.

I made the recipe just as Giada intended for it to be made. Would not change a thing. I let it sit overnight, I think a salad like this just gets better the longer it sits. Yummy!

This salad was great for a boat outing we had. Nice and cold on the summer lake. Easy to make, Worried about to many garbanzo beans but no, it was great the way it was. Used frozen corn and added some liquid smoke.
My boating group loved it.

Very easy and very tasty! It's been so stinkin' hot this summer, my garden basil didn't have the 'zowie' punch I would have liked. I added a fresh shallot to the dressing and that brought it back to life. My family loved the mango in it. Yum!

Holey moley, I can't believe I haven't reviewed this yet! It is wonderful! I've been making this for years and I always have requests for the recipe. I make it early in the day, so the flavors can soak into those beans and corn, but I steal bites from the bowl all day long! The dressing is fresh and light, I do only use half the called for amount of cumin, as I'm not a fan of the spice. Winner!
