    I modified it slightly, when I paired it up with shrimp tacos as it had a mexican flare. And it was just as good if not better than the original receipe. Instead of basil, cumin, and manago, I used cilantro, chili powder, and papaya. It's perfect as its own meal if you are vegatarian.

    I LOVE this salad. The flavors are excellent. I've made it twice now. The first time I forgot the cumin, and it was still delicious.

    This is a great recipe. Pineapple works great in place of the mango if you want something a little different. Also changed up the dressing and made it it with a teaspoon of chili powder instead of cumin. Great taste. Lastly, I didn't have basil one day and made it with cilantro wow that was great too. So many possibilities and variations are possible here!!

    I loved this recipe! I roasted the husked corn on a grill pan on the stove top and it turned out great. I love that you get protein, fiber, fruit and veggies all in one side dish! I may try it with a different fruit, such as peaches or pineapple next time just to experiment...or maybe all 3!

    I just made this salad to go with dinner tomorrow night and I can't stop going to get a spoon to get a bite! It is so good!! I used frozen corn and precut slices of mango. I made the recipe as is. It is fabulous! I have a fun new summer salad!
