    Made this to go with grilled shrimp for dinner, and it was sooo refreshing, did use paul newmans light lime dressing in place of giadas, so did not use the cumin called for and it was delish, all the ingreds. go so well together, will be a keeper and next will try it with grilled chicken, and also think it would make a great veggie wrap with some chopped tomato.

    I really loved this and it is so versatile! It can be a side dish, a topping or a salsa with chips! I too, added some Jelapenos for some zip. GREAT recipe!
