Tried this for the 4th of July weekend and it was a HIT! Definitely allow the garlic oil mixture to cool throughly before adding the other ingredients. This one will become a household staple. You won't be disappointed - and neither will your guests!

Awesome recipe. A nice way to change up plain old corn on the cob. Make sure you prepare the "sauce" at the last minute and cool the garlic oil before adding the salt, parsley and cheese. EXCELLENT.

Surprising and fantastic wow to corn on the cob.
My wife said this was the best lunch I ever made!
The garlic had a nice crisp and the cheese made the mix stick to the corn.
We're also using the oil as a bread dipper.
Outstanding!

I cooked this for the 1st time tonight with marinated steaks and homemade baked beans. I was a little worried that i wouldnt like the change, but it turned out perfect. Thanks for this recipe!
