These peppers were unbelievable. I could have eaten just the stuffing by itself, it was so good.
Alterations: I added a teaspoon of ginger powder to the couscous which enhanced the flavor, and used 6oz of feta instead of 4.
Also, I made the sauce but I did not like it on the peppers, I had my plain. The rest of the family liked it with the sauce.
I like the sauce, it was very tasty, but I thought they were excellent by themselves so keep that in mind when you serve them - sauce on the side.

We saw this recipe this morning and decided to try it. It was great. We did replace the cream for the sauce with cream cheese and it was a home run. We will be making it again.

I saw Giada make this today and I haven't tried the stuffed bell peppers yet, but I made the basil sauce and had it on fish tonight. It was so good, I used it for salad dressing as well. I'll probably have it on pasta tomorrow. I can't believe how good it is!

First, Leslie, I concur that reviews should not be posted until they've been attempted and tasted. It's very frustrating that an exceptionally low or undeservedly high review affect the overall rating.

After I watched Giada make the stuffed peppers today, I not only knew what I was going to serve for dinner but also that I would have to spice it up. It was DELICIOUS! But, if I'd followed her recipe precisely it would have been too bland for my household. To the chicken stock and cumin, I added a teaspoon of New Mexico chili powder. In a separate skillet, I wilted one minced shallot and two large cloves of minced garlic in a small amount of olive oil. Then I added about four ounces of Italian sausage and browned it with the shallot and garlic. I added that to the filling mixture. The final change was about one teaspoon of red pepper flakes. We had some filling left over as a result, and we probably could have stuffed one more pepper if I'd had one on hand. The filling is very tasty on it's own, though. It will not go to waste!

We made no changes to the basil sauce, and it is truly delightful. I sure wish I'd had company over for this one....

It isn't helpful to give a "review" if you have not even made it yet. I also saw it and will try it, but a review of the "look" of it isn't helpful! We all see it.

Mmm, I was just watching this and HAD to look up the recipe. Immediately upon see it I thought that I could sub quinoa for the couscous and Greek yogurt for the creme fresh!
