    This is one of the few recipes that I have used without any modification except for a little added garlic - and it was great.

    Dish was good. I agree with the others in adding garlic to the sauce for more flavor. I would also try some shallots in the stuffing for a little extra something. Fresh crab is key!

    What an elegant and rich dish. Everybody loved it. As other reviewers recommend, add cheese, salt/pep etc to sauce to liven it up.

    I should've used real crab but I used a higher grade canned crab and it was not as good as it should be.

    Do not listen to those saying to add Italian Seasoning....I usually agree with the comments but I have to say I did add the seasoning and it overpowered the dish. Next time I will make it exactly as Giada did!

    I really like a lot of Giada's recipes. The first time i make a dish, i try to follow the recipte closely. This ended up tasting like crab meat in milk, just not enough flavor. I will make it again, but i will add the spices i like. Any suggestions to spicing it up will be apprecitated.
