I cooked this dish for my wife and family for our 4th anniversary. The combination of flavors is extraordinary. A delight to the palates of children and adults. The dish was easy to prepare and took very little time. As with all recipes you should use good judgement in proportions shown in recipes as typos are always possible.

A bit difficult to stuff shells...fingers worked the best. The results were a hit with my family. I used king crab and more than 1 lb.

This turned out good for me. The next time I fix it I am going to try to make the sauce a little thicker. Some of the cannelloni tore on my, but I may have cooked them a little too long

Everything seems to be little bit off on this recipe.

I am sitting here laughing at the fact that so many of us are clueless cooks and didn't know better not to put 1/4 of white pepper in the sauce! I am SO disappointed because I was excited to eat this, plus it cost so much to prepare. Food Network & Everyday Italian should send us gift certificates to traditional italian restaurants that serve properly-prepared Crab and Ricotta Cannelloni, what do you think? :

I'm sure that this dish would have been excellent but for our family it was a complete bust. Although I should have known better than to put 1/4 cup of pepper into this recipe I did not catch the error... especially since I do my best to cook while being interrupted by our children. I also thought that there was a bit too much basil that was called for as well. I'm not sure if I'll try this recipe again since we spent over $40.00 trying to create this "masterpiece."

Very satisfying recipe....just make sure your crab meat is fresh....."fishy" tasting crab will ruin the entire recipe.

This is an absolutely delicious recipe (as long as you catch the pepper mistake when making the sauce. Even my picky eaters devoured this. No leftovers at our house!

I loved the crab cannelloni, but when I made the sauce it was not good. I decided then to put an alfredo sauce on top instead and it was purely wonderful. Loved every bite
