This was sooooo good! I used it as a palate cleanser during our seven course Christmas dinner and it was a huge hit. I served it on Chinese spoons with a mint leaf garnish - very seasonally appropriate and perfect flavor. I don't usually review recipes but wanted to share since most other reviews talk about serving it on a hot summer day. It's great for a snowy Michigan Christmas too!

This came out great - It was a tad too sweet. However, it certainly has an after taste that will leave you wanting more. Perfect for hot afternoons and even summer dinners!

I didn't have any cranberry juice in the house. I did use a mixture of cran-rasberry and orange juice. While reaching for the vodka I picked up tequila
instead and by that time it was to late. I went ahead anyway. The outcome was just delicious and I don't like tequila!! I didn't want to wait for summer so I'm
enjoying it now while writing this. Sister's are going to love this.

If you like this, you'll probably love Sunny Anderson's Lime Italian Ice...pretty much the same thing, with different flavors & the addition of alcohol. Especially great on a hot summer day.

If you want to make this for your kids or somwone who does not drink, use 7-up or sprite to replace the vodka. This is so refreshing. Yummmm! I loved it!

if you use straight cranberry juice with the lime and vodka its so sour, gross, and horrible aftertaste. It needs alot of sugar

I used Cranberry Pomegranate Juice Cocktail. I did not put in vodka and it tasted great!! It it not hard going in every hour our so just to scrape it with a fork, trust me, it's worth it! I've made it twice and if it stays hot, I'll be making it a lot more!!

This recipe is absolutely fantastic! I did not use the alcohol and I did not dissolve the sugar into the cranberry juice, in a pan. I just poured the cranberry juice into a glass dish, then I put in the sugar, and whisked it very well. And it came out very delicious!! It was perfectly sweet and not too bitter or tart. EXCELLENT!! If you ake this and don't like alcohol or don't have it, do it my way!! It's still AMAZING!!!!
