I thought this looked like a simple to try light dessert and it was, but also the taste was excellent and it was so refreshing. I will definetely make again. Would be terrific in the summer. I used cran-rasberry juice because it is my favorite and it worked well.

I have never made granita before but was pleased with the outcome. Remember to flake every hour - melts in your mouth after waking it up! Thanks Giada!

The entire family enjoyed this very lite desert. Great for cleansing the palet.
