By far the best turkey I have ever made. I decided to make the turkey and roasted vegetables salad right after viewing the episode. Since there are just 2 of us I purchased a single breast half, and cut the recipe accordingly. At first I thought the glaze was going to be too tart, but it mellowed as it sat. I watched it as it roasted like a hawk, being concerned that the glaze might burn - but it browned beautifully. So pretty I should haven take a picture. We highly recommend this recipe, whether for 2 or 20, it is wonderful - as was the salad.

I watched the show today and made the whole meal. The turkey was great, although mine was done after the first hour and 10 minutes. I glazed it and let it sit until the risotto was done and it was great. I doubled the glaze sauce and it did not go to waste. The drippings with several TBLS of the glaze was the delish. If your turkey is not done like mine, when I pulled it out there was a cup of drippings already on the cookie sheet, if I had added the broth I would have had a mess in the oven. Also i served 9 with the meal and still had lefties.
