The hardest part of this recipe was finding the creme fraiche - I ended up finding it at Whole Foods. It's easy, simple, and tasty (as long as you like/love cheese.

I usually enjoy Giada's recipes, but not this so much. Fettuccini did not seem an appropriate pasta, the sauce was caked to the noodles after cooking in oven (even after I liberally pasta watered it and it was not really tasty considering how expensive the ingredients were.

This recipe was very easy to follow. I used shell pasta noodles instead of the fettucine and it turned out perfect. I think the shells held the sauce better.

I usually love everything that Giada makes, but this recipe wasn't that good and I followed it exactly. I've made similar dishes with half and half or heavy cream instead of the 2 containers of creme fraiche and they were much creamier (and less money.

Once I saw this on tv, I knew I had to try it. It was hard to find creme fraiche. Instead of creme fraiche, I used one plain yogurt and one sour cream. It turned out great!

Great flavors that blend well into a fantastic texture. Wouldn't recommend this for those who might not like the infusion of a lot of hard cheeses. But for me and mine, it was fantastic!
