This soup was fantastic! The flavors are unbelievable and it has a wonderful aroma while cooking. My husband and I were completely full just after one bowl! We decided that next time we make this we will only cream half of it... the broth and veggies alone would make a great soup too.
The only advice I have is make sure you have an antacid around... the soup gave us both terrible heart burn! (but don't let this stop you This soup was awesome!

I just made this... everyone went back for a second serving. I didn't have any roasted red peppers at home so I just used fresh ones and it still tasted great. I will be making this again very soon!

I made this on Christmas Eve for my family and they LOVED it! Even my kids ate it without any complaints! It was easy to make and was even better the next night after the flavors had a chance to blend. I HIGHLY recommend giving this a try!

My husband requested that I make him a red pepper soup. I chose Giada's recipe because I have never had one of her recipes turn out badly. My husband loved this soup so much he went back to for seconds! I highly recommend this dish to anyone. It's a great main dish on a night that you don't feel like cooking too much!

I enjoyed you soup. I have tried other roasted red pepper soups and did not care for them. Tonight I made this my husband and brother in law loved it. I did add some extra salt, pepper, salt free seasoning, and smoked paprika and it added and extra boost!

    Thanks for the recipie

I cut this recipe in half and it was perfect for my husband and I...with one meal for leftovers. Very easy and tasty.

This soup recipe is great. It's easy to make and the flavor is wonderful. I did not use the wine and it still turned out well.

My family and I really enjoyed this soup! It was a great, sneaky way to get my 4-year-old son to eat his vegetables. He said it looked like "hot lava"! It was amazing how the potato gave it a creamy consistancy since no milk or cream is used in the dish. Perfect for a warm day!

It was very good. I added half cup of mascarpone to the last batch i blended in order to give the entire pot some creaminess and then I grated parmesean cheese in cheese serving with a little more mascarpone cheese to give it that salty cheesy flavor and texture. It was very good and filling.
