Delish! A lighter textured sweet potato soup than I've had before and it is both savory and sweet. I made a half recipe with canned sweet potatoes, and that worked out fine. I will make this again.

WOW! this was so tasty. I have been waiting to have all the ingredients to make this soup. It was a perfect day to get everything and it was worth the wait. But I definitely won't wait too long to make this again. Yum.

I made this recipe for a family dinner party. It was a hit. Then I had to make again and shared it with my employees. One came to me and said "Chef that was incredible - when are you opening your restaurant". I'm not a chef but when other taste my food, that's what they call me. This includes my father in law who is not easy to please.

I had a couple of cooked chicken breasts that I wanted to use up and had all the soup ingredients on hand. The combination of chicken and sweet potatoes in this soup was outstanding. After blending the soup, I added the chopped chicken breasts, heated through, and then added the mascarpone and maple syrup. Will definitely be making this again!

This soup was excellent. We used 2 tablespoons maple syrup because the first time we thought it was a little too sweet.! Marscapone made it so smooth!

This soup was excellent. It was velvety and rich. What an interesting way to cook sweet potatoes. I will definitely make this again.
I used cream cheese instead of marscapone because it was all I had on hand and it was still delicious.
