These are the best chicken nuggets ever. Adults and Kids will love it.

Way too salty for us and I only used half the salt the recipe called for. I also didn't like the oily taste either. We almost never fry anything. I may try making these again, but with more spices mixed with the cornmeal and cooking them in the oven.

OK, I have to figure out the best way to freeze these. My son loved them and will not eat any chicken nuggets now other then these (he is four. He calls them "his favorite chicken." I followed the recipe as it is on the web site not as she did not the show. I wonder if I toss in the cornmeal and then freeze if that would work. I am thinking that the cornmeal may get mushy when it defrosts. Or should I cook them and toss them in oil before serving. I will try. My son had them on their own and for my husband and I, I put them over a salad of lettuce, roasted peppers and feta cheese with O/V. Very good. A keeper. I am going to pass this on to my Mom's group. Oh and the salt I have used on just about everything since making it. Thanks

Did like the recipe, but too salty. I did love all the flavor but my family and me thought it was way too salty even though I cut salt in half. Next time I will only use 1/8 of salt in recipe. Loved the lemon and rosemary. I Never have used cornmeal for chicken before but it was a pleasant surprise, nice change from bread crumbs.

Very quick, easy, juicy, delicious! Love those rosemary, lemon, garlic flavors. The cornmeal gave it a nice crunch (I had coarse on hand.

I made this recipe over the weekend. Loved the lemon and rosemary flavors. I cut the salt way back but not quite enough. I would cut it even further the next time I make this.

I didn't think these looked like much during the episode, but was I wrong! Extremely easy to prepare and full of flavor. Fried herbs rock!
