I watched the show, and made it from memory a few days later, memory failed me and I used fresh basil rather than sage- still very yummy!

Extremely delicious. Also very rich, I couldn't eat more than 4- but every bite was worth it!

I cannot say how good this was. I was shocked...so few ingredients, but so good. I decided to make it for myself to taste test it and ate way too much of it. I actually added a sprinkle of the sage butter on the bread before adding the meat and cheese and then finished them off with the sage butter again. It was SOOOOO GOOOOODDDD....

Made for a party for my mother, where it was hit hit with great Southern cooks. Many asked for the recipe. Made it for a group of Cubean Americans at my friend's house a few weeks later and it was gone before I could get the sage-butter on it.

I tried this for a party last year and have used it for EVERY get together now. It's delicious and SOOO easy to make. Everyone ends up having more than one. It's so hard not to! I love this recipe and love how simple and fast it is to have ready.

I decided to make these today based upon the other reviews and I'm SO glad that I did! These were fantastic and so easy! I took Ali's advice and rubbed garlic onto the hot bread before I added the cheese etc. That added a ton of flavor and pulled everything together. Definitely try it!

I made this for my family for the 4th of July and now they ask me to make it at EVERY family gathering. They disappear off the plate as soon as I put them out! I definitely suggest trying this recipe. You'll love it!

I'm a finger-food type of gal, and this definitely did not disappoint! After the bread comes out of the oven the first time, I cut a garlic clove in half and rubbed it all over the tops of the bread before putting the other ingredients on it - OMG! I dare you to stop at one, it's not possible!

Simple and absolutely delicious! This is quite filling...so serve with just a salad or soup...or cut in half as an appetizer.

This was a delicious appetizer and was easy. The sage butter was wonderful and added a good different flavor to the prosciutto.
