Delicious! Took alot longer than the recipe indicated to reduce down-more like 2 hours. Not sure why it took so long-but was patient and it came out great! Also took another reviewers advice and brushed the baguette slices with the olive oil from the sun dried tomatoes...perfection!

Very very good! The flavor is perfect; you can taste the onion, cooked tomato and a hint of the tartness from the vinegar. My wife was responsible for bringing the appetizers to an after work party for the holidays....I chose this recipe to accompany two others. These crostini's were a hit! There were no leftovers. Instead of using traditional olive oil to spread on the baguettes, I used the extra reserved oil from the sundried tomatoes - oh boy, was that a nice addiition! I also garnished the tops of the crostini's with a mint leaf for extra presentation. Nice appetizer! I cant enough of great crostini recipes

This is one of my most favorite recipe from Giada. My family loves it and we make it at least once a month.
