This was very easy to make and looks and taste like if I was cooking all day. Thank you Giada

Another great recipe from Giada. Easy and delicious - just the way I like 'em. Can accompany any dinner from a BBQ to a holiday celebration. Using Herb-Garlic Goat Cheese worked well.

This looks and tastes much more impressive than the time it took to make - it was easy. I added more onion (I love onions and took another reviewers advice and added a bit less water, (a little less than a 1/4C. Even with less water it does take longer to cook down than stated in the recipe. Garlic-Herb goat cheese worked great on the top. Just soften the cheese by leaving out,cut a small piece from the corner of the package and squeeze out a small bit onto each crostini -- GREAT! Everyone loved it!

This was easy and unbelievably impressive. So delicious with the mix of sweet (but not too sweet and savory (from the goat cheese. My husband doesn't even like goat cheese and he bit into it and couldn't believe how lucious this tasted. Can't wait to make it for company!

Jam was ok but with goat cheese--yuck. I like goat cheese but not like this. I thought flavors were way off. I ended up having to make alot of changes to recipe before I could serve to guests and even then I wasn't in love with the overall product. Try before counting on this recipe for company.

Yum! This is sexy for appetizers! My whole family and friend list loved this appetizer. We also used the left overs to top other dishes like salmon and beef filets! You gotta try it!!

I was so excited to make this dish for my hubbys birthday. It looked identical to the tv...but it tasted horrible. The jam was so strong and bitter tasting...don't try this it's not worth the time and effort.

This does take some time to make & far more time than stated on the recipe to reduce, but well worth it. I added some lemon oil to the goat cheese mixture and I think that made it a little more interesting and also more appealing to those that don't generally care for goat cheese. A real winner.
