My friends and I made this for our True Blood party last year and it was so delicious, there was nothing left! This is a definite make again and again!

I have made this for several occasions and it is always a hit. Takes longer to boil down the liquid than stated in the recipe, but worth every extra minute!

Made this for a family holiday party. Very good on a cold winter night. Next time i'd reduce the amount of olive oil and felt i had to simmer a tad longer to reduce the liquid. Very good with a smear of goat cheese on a crusty baguette!

AWESOME!!! I made this for a birthday dinner for my sister! Everyone loved it and asked for the recipe. Instead of using the goat cheese (as I wasn't sure if everyone liked it I chose to use borsin : I also thought it was better to put the cheese first then the jam on top of it. It helped with keeping the crostini from getting soggy! I will definitely make again!

I just made this recipe, and my sister and I LOVED it! This now at the top of my list of "party foods"! My sister said, "this is the best thing I have ever tasted!" I'll be sure to make it again over the holidays. Thank you Giada!
