This sun-dried tomato jam has a wonderful aroma while reducing. I am a big fan of goat cheese and this was a great topper. For those who are not fond of goat cheese, I suggest putting just a tiny amount on the top. It really adds to the overall flavor.

I made these crostini to go along with some mediocre ravioli but they ended up taking center stage. They are simple to make though a little time consuming, and a little on the expensive side for an appetizer. My total cost as about $15.

Pretty bad stuff. The goat cheese was overpowering. Tasted like stale toast.

I made this and it was sooo good
    everyone loved ittt!
I added my own twist by replacing some vinigar with some lemon juice to give it a fresh summery tast, I also added parsley.
    Soo Good!

Flavorful use for sun-dried tomatoes and very easy to make. I'm not fond of goat cheese; ricotta cheese made a lovely substitute. I'll make this again.

My husband and I saw this on the show and thought it sounded great.....we were wrong....it was awesome!! Sweet and savory and the favors were layered and complex. I don't care for goat cheese so we did it with ricotta and grated pecorino romano....but if you like goat cheese, I could see where it would be a perfect accompaniment.

My guests loved this and could have just eaten this for dinner. Next time I will decrease the water and know that it takes much longer to reduce than stated. I put out the bread, goat cheese and STD jam and let people do their own thing. I couldn't get the guests out of the kitchen. Even my husband who is not fond of goat cheese ate it like crazy.
