Don't get me wrong but ......this just wasn't THAT terrible however. The crust wasn't THAT crusty! A little mushy. They tried too hard. Wouldn't serve this one to company.

I kicked up the seasoning a bit. Added tabasco sauce to the buttermilk (not enough to make it too spicy hot-just a small hint of back heat. Baked them on a rack, that way you get circular heat in the oven and avoid the sticking or mushy effect. It's a good basic recipe for a healthy version of crispy chicken tenders.

I just made this few minutes ago. They are delicious and healthier since it's baked. I would recommend using non stick cooking spray since they will stick in the pan. I made honey mustard sauce instead so my 3 yr old could eat it too.

Definitely NOT crunchy and definitely not TASTY!!! The chicken hardly had flavor and even with flipping it and spraying the pan it was mushy, breading did not stick and it was too dark in some places and not dark at all in others. On top of that, the chicken was still pink after 20 mins! I don't know why she says 12 mins bc it definitely takes WAY longer than that. I always thought her recipes looked disgusting on TV and I will be sticking to Paula and others and I will NEVER cook another recipe from her AGAIN!!!!

I've been using this recipe for years. We all love it and so do guests when they join us for a meal. The extra sauce is great for salads the next day. Thanks Giada!!!!

SO YUMMY. Followed the directions exactly and these were moist and tender inside, and crunchy and salty on the outside. Very easy to make. My husband and 3 year-old loved them too.

Stuck to the pan even with lots of oil. Sauce has too much oil!
