    To Giada,
I use to watch your show alot, but not anymore. I thought your comments 'like mine this/mine that..." were just little slip ups. Please give your Italian heritage the credit it deserves - I have many of 'your' recipes (lol - recipes were passed down from generation to generation to the present in MY family as in MANY Italian families. Please do not take credit where the credit is not deserved.

I made this for my family two nights after seeing it on TV. It was FABULOUS! The tenders were crunchy and flavorful and would have been delicious by themselves. But the vinaigrette - the vinaigrette MAKES the meal. It didn't make the tenders soggy, but added a nice garlic and tangy compliment to the tenders. Will have to make it to put on salad! My husband and daughter talked of nothing else but this meal for the next week, and I'm still getting asked - "when are we having Giada's chicken again?"

I made these for a party recently and everyone LOVED them. There wasn't a single person who didn't ask for the recipe. I even had to re-warm them before serving and they were still fabulous!

I loved this recipe - it was so easy to prepare and tasted delicious. I can't believe how crispy and golden the breading became by baking the chicken vs. frying. It had the same guilty taste of being fried, but without the extra fat and calories.

These are great. Simple to make and the dipping sauce really wakes up your mouth.I've never used baslmic vinegar before so it was a pleasant surprise. For kids you could use a marinara type sauce or even a honey mustard. Very versatile.

I just tried this for the first time, and it was easy. I like the tenderness of the chicken inside and slight crunch of the bread crumbs and parmesan cheese outside. The dipping sauce is excellent!! The only thing is that I don't know if I made it crunchy enough but will definitely make for my family again.

I make this recipe at home for meals and for parties, and eveyone who tastes it is amazed. I love all of Giada's recipes that I've tried but this is a favorite. It so satisfying, so much flavor in such a simple recipe ? there's really nothing to mess up here.

My family absolutely loved this recipe and I almost skipped the dipping sauce - that was what made the tenders so fabulous - sure they are wonderful alone, but the flavors of the sauce mixed with the herbs & cheese of the chicken was a surprise - This is going in my permanent file.
