We made this recipe but forgot to add spices to the bread crumbs......no problem at all. Came out terrific, very little oil, relatively quick and easy. Will definitely make this again, maybe add a little cayenne for a little spice.

This is a very easy to prepare chicken finger idea....all the crunch, but NOT FRIED......great!

This is so easy and delicious. It is now my "default chicken" anytime I have a simple salad, pasta or anything to which I just want to add chicken.

Had trouble getting cheese/breadcrumbs to stick to chicken even though I pressed them on. Oiled non-stick baking sheet and chicken still stuck. Did not brown well. I used part pre-grated parmesan (from plastic cannister and part freshly grated parmesan cheese - was that my mistake? I cut cheese/breadcrumbs in half and still had way too much to use. My husband said to give it another try so it wasn't a total failure.

... bake on a rack placed on a cookie sheet, and instead of drizzling with olive oil, spray with a buttery spray, such as Mazola Butter-Flavored cooking spray. There's no need to turn half-way through the cooking process. The chicken comes out moist on the inside and crispy on the outside.

Great recipe. Two things...would add garlic salt to the mix, and would turn them halfway through. Didn't really like the dip, so we used bleu cheese dressing and such, but otherwise a good starter dish for new chefs wanting to make something a bit special!

and not use that parchment paper....mine stuck and was gumpy on the bottom, nice taste but I wouldn't serve them to company.

They are light and healthy. I made them without the parmesan because I cant have cheese and they were still amazing.

My two teenage sons, husband, and myself really enjoyed this recipe. If you haven't tried the dipping sauce you're missing out on a great taste. It would also be good for dipping bread. This is a keeper that I know I'll make again and again. Great for unexpected company also, as it is quick and delicious.
