These are delicious and so easy to make! My boyfriend doesn't even like parmesan (he is the pickiest eater I know and he LOVED them! Baked for 20min instead of 12min. The side up is nice and crispy, but the bottom side of chicken tender is still a little soggy. It didn't matter much...still a great receipe! Yummy!

They taste wonderful. I tryed italian spiced panko instead. It gave it a great crunch and they were so easy to make. It does take longer than 12 minutes though, I put mine in for 18 minutes and they came out perfect. I will be making these again real soon.

I made this recipe tonight for my family (used Dinosaur BBQ sauce instead of the balsamic vinegar dip... didn't think three picky little girls would go for it :P. Really, truly delicious chicken fingers, and easy to make. Wonderful flavor. They took longer than 12 minutes to crisp up... the breading still seemed pretty damp in that amount of time, they had to go closer to 20 minutes, and the bottoms got a little brown, but nothing major. I would definitely make them again!

YUM! My kids aren't fans of chicken tenders, but these they LOVE!!!! I did too. The kids preferred to dip their chicken in ranch dressing though, but my husband and I loved the balsamic vinegar dip. And really, I followed the cooking time precisely and they came out PERFECTLY cooked.

Sooooo delicious! My husband and 3 kids ALL love these chicken tenders. They're quick and easy and are perfect with a simple green salad or even macaroni and cheese. "Giada's Chicken Nuggets" are on permanent rotation at our house!

The children ate it just fine but only after adding a lot of honey mustard dressing. It came out soggy. The advice from others to use a baking rack helped a lot. After a second attempt with the baking rack and after omitting the drizzle of olive oil I got a nice crunch.
Drizzling olive oil does not work as well as cooking spray. A little on the top goes a long way and there are no calories.

This recipe is one of my families favorites! Especially the balsamic dressing. The buttermilk makes such a difference

Perfect! I didn't have bread crumbs so I finely crushed corn flakes and it was fantastic! Also, for the parmesan, to save on cost (and so that I could use the fresh parmesan on other things, I used half FRESHLY grated parmesan and half parmesan from the container (like for spaghetti. Turned out delicious and had PLENTY of flavor! The viniagrette was good, but we preferred a honey-mustard sauce that I made from scratch using 1/3 honey, 1/3 yellow mustard and 1/3 ground mustard. Just mix whatever mustards you have on hand with some honey to your liking!
