So unbelievable! New family fave!
Giada is such a lifesaver! These are delicious, easy, kid-friendly and definitely good enough for guests. I was hesitant about the balsamic sauce (and even warmed up marinara as a backup) but it really made the chicken sing! Thank you Giada for another amazing recipe. You have really done something amazing to the mundane chicken!

So So
First, no-way is 12 minutes enough time to get chicken cooked...let alone crispy...even at 500 degrees. As someone else commented, it took twice the recommended cooking time to get done. Then tops were dry, but not crispy and the bottom was extremely soggy. If I try this again it will be for longer cooking time and tenders will be on a rack to facilitate crispiness.

HUGE HIT
Everyone in my family loved these, including my one yr old. I had never heard of using the buttermilk to tenderize. I will do that more often! It made the chicken incredibly tender. SOOOOOO YUMMY!

Loved the chicken strips
Yummy! The dip didn't work for me, in fact, I didn't even take it to the table. Instead I served with a mix of horseradish mustard and honey, ranch dressing, and Spicy Garlic hot sauce (Buffalo Wild Wings). My husband told me 3 times he liked them. We try to be very conscious of avoiding fried foods so we really appreciated that these were baked and oh so yummy! We'll definitely make it again. I only gave it 4 stars because the vinaigrette was terribly oily and not my thing! Thanks Giada!

Be sure to flip the tenders!
I baked these without flipping them on a nonstick baking sheet and the bottoms burned. I tried another batch and flipped them halfway through and they came out perfect and I got rave reviews.

disappointed
maybe its me, but i did not see how these were any different than regular chicken cutlets. my tenders came out very soggy - and were not crispy at all. i would rather stick to making regular chicken cutlets my mom taught me how to make then try this again. sorry giada!!

Pair with marinara dipping sauce!
I loved these! I do a 50-50 ratio for the cheese and bread crumbs and they come out crispier. Since I'm not a big fan of basalmic vinegar I heated up some marinara sauce to dip them in and they were SO good! And did I mention super easy? Thanks Giada!

mmmm....MMMMM...good
I made this last night and it was great! I highly recommend oiling your pan WELL...otherwise your chicken will stick to the pan and when you flip them half way through you will loose your crunchy side :) my boyfriend loved the dipping sauce, he used it as salad dressing too! :)

GREAT
This was amazing I have already made it 3 times! I don't dip in the sauce, I pour it over the chicken before serving. Reheats very well if you have left overs..Also, for you all with sticking problems, I always use reynolds release, it's AMAZING. I use it for anything I think may stick.

pretty tasty
I made this for dinner last night with a side of steamed broccoli and it was pretty darn good. Not a 5 star recipe, but one that I would for sure make again.
