They were great! Unfortunaly they stuck to my pan, even though I sprayed it. I also put them under the broiler for a few minutes and that added a little crunch. I will be trying these again soon, so I can perfect them.

This is my all time favorite food network recipe - best picnic recipe, best kids recipe and (when modified best no fry chicken recipe. Thank you Giada - this is fabulous!!! I'm worried about fat/oil, so don't sprinkle the top w/oil - amazing every time and I've made this at least 15 times!

AMAZING - I have made it twice already and will make it again in a day or so for my BUNCO group. I had trouble however with the dipping sauce - I loved the taste - just kept seperating - even when I smooshed the garlic into a paste. However, the chicken is great by itself. Be sure to drizzle the EVOO - this ensures the crispyness (I also flipped the tenders over the last 5 minutes Also agree - it does take longer than 12 minutes (15 - 18 minutes.

This recipe was great and really simple. Perfect for a new cook, like myself. I did alter it a bit. I noticed that even though the chicken was done, the outside wasn't as crunchy as I thought it should have been, so I turned the broiler on and popped them back in the oven for only a minute or 2. This makes them nice and crunchy. I don't like vinegar, so I didn't try the sauce, but my boyfriend and his mother loved it. Some great sides that we did with the chicken was broccoli and cheese and stuffing. It was great and everyone walked away full and happy. What more can you ask for.

I I thought this recipe was awesome. Next time I will put a little spray on the pan, as a few of them stuck. I changed putting the Virgin oil on the tops of them, and they still turned out fine. I didn't want that much oil.

One of our go to recipes. We love this recipe and made it often. We also make it with sauteed spinach and mashed potatoes or roasted potatoes. The sauce is delicious on everything! We accidentally added parmasean cheese to the sauce one time and now we do it every time. Delicious!

Best chicken tenders I've ever cooked/had! I praise the buttermilk--made the chicken SUPER moist, not dry at all. Also I usually pan fry my chicken tenders, but the oven made the cooking a lot easier...and healthier too!

**Little tip...I buy Crisco's EVOO spray. Spray a bit on the pan and the tops of the breaded tenders for even coating. Easier for me as I usually pour too much EVOO from the bottle.

This is such a great recipe! I love the dipping sauce, I added some dijon to mine just to make it thicker, and then I found myself dragging my mashed potatoes and my spinach through it just to sop it all up. Tenders were nice and crunchy and flavorful, too. This is going to be a keeper in my house.

Fantastic! Love this recipe. I've made this numerous times it's delicious. Very simple, the balsamic is great on the chicken. Served with a green salad.
