I love curry, apples, currents, and goat cheese, and chicken, so I should have loved this, but I didn't. This was terrible. It was so sweet it was almost inedible. My husband choked the rest down, and the goat cheese is really just too much there is already so much going on in here, I don't think it's needed at all and I love goat cheese! Normally I can fix bad recipes, but this is terminally bad. I've never made a Giada recipe that wasn't awesome, I don't even have to tweak them most of the time, that's why it was so disapointing that this was so gross.

Too sweet! Had to add extra lemon juice and vinegar to cut the sweetness. I used cayenne pepper which helped to. Also substituted jicama because I didn't have an apple.

I didn't have mint...which I could see how it would brighten the flavors. Still, was looking for a bit more acidity. Added some white wine vinegar and a bit more lime juice. Just need to adjust the flavors to suit your tastes. As is, I could see why this dish would appeal to kids because of the sweetness. I omitted the raisins and garbanzo beans and just used extra chicken. Also used toasted whole wheat pita bread instead of a wrap.

This is yummy, but you really have to like curry and mint. Couple things...my supermarket didn't sell 12-inch wraps or chutney's so I went to a specialty market. Also the chutney was called Major Grey's chutney instead of mango, but I read the ingredients and the only fruit in it was mango. Also, the recipe says it makes 4 servings with 12-inch wraps. I definitely half a wrap is a good size for lunch. So I'd say it makes 8 servings (depending on how much you put into the wrap I guess. And finally, I tried the chicken salad cold right out of the fridge, at room temp, and warm in a toasted wrap. My fav was at room temp.

very tasty, I am not big on curry but it works well here. It really makes a lot too. I did not put the lettuce in the mix because I will be eating this for lunch and don't want the lettuce to wilt.

Delicious - I could have eaten it out of the bowl. I wanted to be able to take it for lunch, so I omitted the chopped romaine and added lettuce leaves to the freshly made wrap at lunchtime.

We had this for dinner last night, it was yummy. However, I didn't notice the huge amount of fresh mint the recipe called for when I was shopping for the ingredients. I'm kind of glad, because I doubled the recipe but only had 1/2 cup of chopped mint, this was still almost too much mint. I'm wondering if 3/4 cup of mint was a misprint??

Loved it! One of my kids is vegetarian so I am always looking for recipe's that I can make for everyone in the house without making seperate meals. I mixed everything up without the chicken, took his out and then added chicken for the rest of us. It was really good.

Absolutely incredible! I could have eaten the whole thing with a spoon. Would also work well, I think, on a bed of lettuce, rice, couscous, etc.

Of course, like all cooks, I "doctored" this slightly -- left out the cheese, used sour cream instead of yogurt, dried cranberries instead of raisins, and added a bit of "orange sesame" type dressing since it was a little dry. But the basic ingredients -- apple, chicken, beans, mango chutney, etc., were the perfect foundation.

    This is definitely a KEEPER.

Delicious. Had to make it without the green onions/goat cheese (husband won't eat it with these 2 ingredients...pain in the butt he is and switched out lime with Lemon (had no limes. Will see how how the lettuce holds up when we eat it tomorrow for lunch. Used a rotisserie chicken breast. Thanks Giada- love watching your show!
