    It is with so much flavor/ had no problem making it and didn't change anything! Delish and very light meal! Will make it over and over again;

    This is one of my family's favorite recipes! And as an English teacher, I really appreciate that most of the ingredients in this one start with the letter C - alliteration at its finest! Meatless and magnificent!

    This recipe makes way more than 5-6 servings, like 20 or more. My family wouldn't eat it and they are used to eating couscous even when traveling in Morocco. Sorry, Giada, this time it didn't work.
    By the way, if you don't follow the recipe, should you really be posting a review on a variation of the recipe that you made up yourself??

    Everyone loved this- even the 5-year-old! Great to have extras on hand for lunch. Easy to reduce salt for those on a heart healthy diet because the flavors of the spices and the ingredients speak for themselves.

    My husband LOVED this recipe! I did not have cauliflower or pecans so I used brocolli florets and almonds instead which turned out great.

    Will definitely make this recipe again and I plan to create variations, using different veges and dressings that I believe would also be tasty.

    I will not make this recipe again.The salad was dry,even after adding extra yogurt and lemon juice. The flavor was ok, although as a curry lover and a califlower lover I didn't particularly enjoy the pairng of the 2 in this salad. I threw out the leftovers as I knew noone would eat them! I usually love Giada's recipes so this was an unexpected disappointment!

    My family loved this recipe! I will definitely make it again. I do agree that the couscous was a little dry and will add more broth the next time. I like the idea of adding honey to the dressing which I will do. Also not adding all the dressing at one time certainly makes a difference. I like many of the suggestions regarding the additional protein. Thanks Giada! You did it again!

    I followed some other reviews and added more chicken broth....29 oz chicken broth to 10 oz couscous with the original amount of salt and curry powder. The salad is delicious. I added the honey to the dressing and it is great and I didn't add it all to the salad. I will add as I go. There is the sweetness from the cranberries, the crunch from the cashews, the zing from the lemon zest, and "pow" from the curry powder, and the great texture from couscous, cauliflower, and the scallions I added. I didn't have any cucumber so I didn't add that. I can't wait to enjoy this. I will see how it is tomorrow cold but may heat it up before adding some of the dressing. It's a wonderful salad! I knew I had to make it when I saw it being made the other day! I want to try the chicken tenders too!!!
